I am 10 weeks now!

Hello! It is Daniel again! I have done a lot of things since I blogged last! I now have learned how to smile and suck my hand! My hand is super yummy! I am also a pro now at tummy time! My Mommy says I am getting really big, I weigh 10.5lbs now! She said that soon I will be bigger then her!

I got to do some fun things in March! I got to meet my two cousins, Emilie and Andrew. We had a lot of fun and I know they will teach me a lot of things! I also got to meet uncle Brian, Aunt Nicole and cousin Anthony. Aunt Nicole was talking about this team called the broncos but Daddy said that they are not a really team and the Packers are the only good football team :-) I also got to celebrate my Daddy's Birthday which was a lot of fun.

I started daycare too, and we have a good time. There are a few kids there that I enjoy playing with and I have a little girlfriend! She is super nice and we are having a blast playing and talking.

Hello All!

This is Daniel and it is my first blog. Well Mommy is heling me because I don't know howto type but Daddy plans on eahing me soon! I have learned so much my first 3 weeks of life. I learned how to lift my head, roll over on tummy time and all about the packers last super bowl season. Daddy and I watched the highlights video. I also enjoyed my first real bath! Mommy posted some pictures of me. There is a picture of me in my Daddy's All Star outfit, one of me being cute in my pack and play, my first real bath and me and Great Grandma. Anyway, it is time for me to eat again. I love to eat :-)

Hello All!

Here are some pictures of Daniel James. He came into the world on Wednesday, January 28th at 1:34pm. He was 6 pounds 11 ounces and 19 3/4 inches long. He is such a cute little boy and a good baby. These are pictures from the hospital. For those that were wondering where the name came from. Daniel was my Grandpa's name and James is Kevin's middle name. Kevin and I feel so blessed with such a wonderful gift of such a cute baby boy! Enjoy the pictures!

Update on Baby Pludeman

Hello All-
We have a very exciting update on the baby. He decided to flip over and is now butt down so we are now having a planned c-section on January 28th! I guess baby is happy where he is and just doesn't want to come on his own. He is projected to be about 6 pounds 9 ounces (which I was surprised) so probably be about 7 pounds when he is born. Anyway, I guess a week from Wednesday will be an exciting day!

The house is done now just waiting on baby!

Hello All and Happy New Year! Sorry for not updating this for awhile but as you can see we have been busy! I am now 36 weeks and as you can see baby has gotten big. We found out that if he doesn't come on his own that I will have a planned c-section on January 29th! Only a few more weeks to go! As you can see the baby has dropped but there is no major progress that labor will start anytime soon. I guess the little guy is so disappointed with the end of football season that he just wants to hang out for awhile.

We also closed on our house and are just waiting for our stuff to come out of storage. That is entirely different story. Our house came out really nice and are totally excited to move in and finally be in our house!

For the Dallas folks I included some snow pictures! We sure miss the weather down there!

Baby Shower

These are pictures from my shower in IL this weekend. It was so beautiful and such a fun time! I received a lot of great gifts for the baby and feel a lot more prepared now! I am so blessed to have such supportive friends and family!

House is almost done and baby is now 30 weeks!

Hello All! Sorry it has been a long time since I updated the blog! Anyway as you can see the house and baby has come a LONG way! The house is almost done, we will be closing on December 15th! Baby is also doing well. We had a bit of a scare in my 28th week. The day after the Packers beat up the Bears I started having contractions and had to go to the hospital. They were able to stop the contractions and I haven't had any more problems since then. We now are just taking it easy though for the rest of the pregnancy. Baby must have been so excited about a Packer win that he wanted to come out and celebrate with Daddy! We told him though he will have to wait.

Hi there!

Sorry it has been awhile since my last post! As you can see the house is looking more and more like a house! It appears we may be in the house at the end of the year so keep your fingers crossed! We are getting really excited about! Mini Plude is also doing really well! As you can see HE is getting bigger! We have been getting lost of questions about names, no names yet. I have picked 3 names that I like and Kevin is suppose to pick 3 that he likes. We aren't going to name him till he is born but am hoping we will have at least 2 names for him. I can't tell you my 3 ideas because Kevin isn't suppose to know till he gives me his ideas! Anyway I will keep you posted!

House and baby are both coming along nicely!

Hi there! Sorry it has taken so long for me to post pics of the belly! The pictures were taken in front of our home site. As you can see the house and baby are coming along nicely! We had an ultrasound 2 weeks ago and the baby would not show us its gender, I guess it wants to keep it a surprise a bit longer! These pics are taken at 21 and 22 weeks. As for the house you will notice that we have a basement and they started framing the 2nd floor. It is really neat to watch the house being built! Anyway that's all for now! Enjoy!

New York Trip

We went to New York City to see my Brother and my soon to be sister in-law! We had a great time, and great weather! Oh yes, and of course in the pictures you will notice the baby bump is getting bigger!

Hello All!

Sorry it has been an extremely long time since I posted anything, things have been super crazy! As most of you know Kevin and I are expecting our first born child on Feb 6th! We are really excited and feel really blessed! Below is the first picture of the little one. I will continue to post pictures of me and the baby so you can share in our adventure of our first pregnancy! Also I will make a poll to see what you all think it will be a boy or a girl...

We also are in the process of getting a house built in IL. It is such hard work but we are thinking it will be worth it. If you want to check out the house you can go to the Ryland Homes website click on new communities and go to Landcaster Falls in Volo, IL. We are in the Landmark Series and Our house is the Prescott model. You can see the floor plan! We can't wait to have our new house again!!

Wildflower Festival

Sam, Kevin and I went to Wildflower Festival which is an outdoor music festival. We saw 7 Mary Three, Firehouse and Bret Michaels from Posion! I was on Kevin's shoulders for most of the Bret Michaels concert. Not sure if all of you know this but in high school I was a crazy posion fan so seeing Bret was the coolest ever I waved my cowboy hat at Bret Michaels and he winked and pointed at me!

About the cowboy hat... I got one in Vegas a year ago and well I started be known as the cowboy hat. That in it self is a long story. Anyway... that hat got smashed so Sam and I bought new hats! Besides, I gotta have a cowboy hat when I move to IL! I love pretending to be a Texan!

On Tuesday I start my training in Tempe, AZ for Healthways . I am really excited especially because this will be my first business trip ever. They are also putting me up in a really nice hotel! I will write more next week and provide pictures! Hope y'all are well!

Big changes coming our way...

Hello! Our family has some big changes coming our way which made me feel the need to start a blog so everyone can keep up with us! We will be moving to Chicago at the end of June. I have accepted a position with Healthways at Abbott Park, IL. I will be an Onsite Health Coach and assist with Wellness programming. This is an exciting opportunity for me. Kevin will continue to work for my Dad in the Crystal Lake office. We will be living at my parents house in Algonquin till we sell our house, hopefully it sells quickly! The move is set for the week of the 10th but you know how that goes. Hi All,I thought it would be fun to start a blog so you can keep up with us during our crazy transition. Just go to the link below and check what's going on! I will be sure to update it at least once a week. Ernie is really excited to be closer to her Aunt Hailey and is excited for the cooler weather.
